Mohamed L’Ghacham’s mural in \u00c9<\/span><\/span>vol\u00e8ne is rooted in the very identity of the commune, which is intimately linked to water. Installed in the village of Les Haud\u00e8res, where the Borgne de Ferp\u00e8cle and Borgne d’Arolla rivers meet, the art piece reflects both the history and geography of the area. <\/p>\n Light & Water’ is divided into four scenes, each depicting moments in life rooted in local tradition to capture the essence of\u00c9<\/span><\/span>vol\u00e8ne. The first composition, with a table and a vase, evokes the quiet poetry and special light of this place. The second, depicting the snowy carnival, celebrates one of the most emblematic local traditions, where cold tones contrast with the surrounding human warmth. The third scene, of a boy playing the piano, highlights the intimacy of family moments shared at home. The mural ends with a mother and daughter in traditional dress near a mountain lake, highlighting intergenerational transmission and natural heritage. <\/p>\n Mohamed L’Ghacham, a Spanish urban artist of Moroccan origin, brings together tradition and modernity in a magical meeting of cultures.
