Jos\u00e9 Rodriguez, aka “Skelt”, is an urban artist based in Lausanne. He is a major player on the Swiss graffiti scene and one of the pioneers in French-speaking Switzerland. <\/p>\n
He’s been passionate about tag for over 25 years, with a stylistic evolution of the letter as urban typography. Skelt opened Outsiders Shop in 2006 to embrace the whole of hip-hop culture, but was forced to close permanently in August 2018 due to competition from the internet. <\/p>\n
Despite this, Skelt is optimistic about the future of the hip-hop movement, and believes that there will always be as many art pieces on the walls of our cities. Including his own… <\/p>\n
