After completing his apprenticeship as a gardener, Dominik R\u00fcegg, also known as Dr\u00fc Egg, studied 2D animation in Lucerne. Since 2013, he has been living and working in St. Gallen as a freelance illustrator, animator and artist recognized on the Swiss and international scene. <\/p>\n
Most of his illustrations are created spontaneously, on the spot and without prior sketches. His inspiration comes from daily impressions of the environment in which he lives and travels. The illustrations he produces are a combination of landscapes and characters, drawn from images, emotions and impressions. His aim is to inspire viewers to create their own stories by looking at his work. <\/p>\n
