Rosalie Evard (b. 1994, Couvet) lives and works between Neuch\u00e2tel and Valangin. Trained at the Acad\u00e9mie de Meuron and the \u00c9cole Jean-Sabl\u00e9 in Versailles, she develops a figurative pictorial practice centered on portraiture. Drawing on her research and digital collages made from found or personal images, she composes acrylic and oil paintings where identities fragment and reassemble in scenes with surreal overtones. <\/p>\n
Her work has been presented at the La Chaux-de-Fonds Biennale, Galerie Lange et Pult, and Panart. Constantly evolving, her practice is shaped by the contexts she encounters. In 2024, a residency in Berlin marked a turning point; she continues this momentum in spring 2025 with Art Valais, immersed in the Alpine landscape. <\/p>\n
