Julien Nonnon
France
Julien Nonnon is a French artist who uses the urban landscape as a medium for his creations. Since 2008, he has been practicing video-mapping, projecting his half-human, half-animal characters onto walls using a video projector and a graphics tablet. He collaborates on numerous artistic projects combining kinetic installations and digital creations, with the street as a central source of inspiration.
Julien Nonnon works on exhibitions in galleries and museums, as well as with city cultural departments, festivals and events such as the Nuit des Musées, the Nuit Blanche and the Journées du Patrimoine. He is also commissioned by major brands and advertisers to create customized content for communication projects. Offering different types of Street-Art itineraries, from ephemeral performances to long-term light installations, as well as interactive and participative projects, Julien Nonnon and his team create turnkey events.
As co-founder of the creative studio Le3, based in Paris and Geneva, he works at the intersection of art, design, performance and image. His agency produces unique visual experiences and creates stories through innovative concepts and unique digital experiences.
