Dumont Alain, 41, artist from the Canton of Geneva, Switzerland. A 2009 graduate of HEAD, Haute École d’Art et de Design, his pictorial work oscillates between portraiture and landscape.

Pencil, watercolor, oil or acrylic paint are the different mediums he favors. In addition to the figurative aspects of portraiture and landscape, the artist likes to represent the letters of the alphabet through the practice of Graffiti and his preferred medium: acrylic or synthetic aerosol paint. Mixing his technique and creative subjects as he sees fit, Alain Dumont aims to give another dimension to his pictorial expression, using spray paint and brushes on larger surfaces, adapting his subject matter to the mural’s surroundings.
