Colour: Pale yellow.
Nose: Intense, complex bouquet of citrus, apple and a hint of mint.
Palate: Beautiful concentration and remarkable fruit density, with notes of apricot, lemon zest, green apple and a touch of white pepper. The finish is long and well-balanced, with a nice melting sensation.
